Yesterday in Volyn oblast, officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine had to quiet down a debauching smuggler. The 48-years-old Belarusian citizen was driving to Ukraine in an Audi-100 car through Domanove border checkpoint, but after having received a control accounting voucher for border and customs control he changed his mind. When he was stopped he refused to leave his car. It turned out that the man was delivering about 360 kg of non-ferrous metal scrap to Ukraine. By the way, he had already been detained last December for an attempt of bringing some metal items into Ukraine illegally.
